OK, so we’ve all realized by now that bat rolling is a huge help in breaking in a bat. The problem is that bats still need a certain number of hits even after rolling to completely break in that last 20%. Even rolled and shaved bats typically still need a certain number of hits to open up completely. What we have done is created a way to avoid the need for those hits. We have developed the tooling and programming to use CNC technology to accomplish this. The CNC machine slowly rotates the bat while pulsating rubber arms impact the bat with the precise amount of pressure. (We apologize but due to the proprietary nature of this technology and the tendency for other companies to copy our ideas we cannot show pictures of this setup.)
