In order to be as efficient and quick to respond as possible, we do all of our correspondence by email.

Contacting us about your order? Please watch the tracking number the shipper gave you when you sent your bat to us. When it shows that we have received it you can be confident that we have it in our care. We strive for a one day turnaround on rolling and two days on shaving not including the day we receive the bat. It will be 1-3 days for shipping depending on what shipping option you choose. Please allow us this much time to return your bat to you before contacting us about the status of your order. Contacting us before that time frame may delay the processing of your order.
